Welcome to my latest video, Chair Core Workout for Beginners, where we dive into a low-impact chair core strengthening routine, in just 10 mins! ⚡️ In this session, we focus on cultivating a stable & powerful core using just a chair, πͺ making it accessible to enhance abdominal strength and stability from the comfort of home, with no equipment needed. By utilizing a chair, πͺwe're able to introduce low-impact variations of traditional core exercises, making them accessible to individuals with mobility limitations or those recovering from injuries. Hence, using a chair can provide stability, enhance body awareness, and improve posture throughout the exercises, enabling you to engage your core muscles safely and effectively. This is the perfect seated alternative for those who don’t want to get down onto the floor (and get back up again) π³ Don’t let the fear of floor exercises hold you back. The important thing is that you are building strength & mobility and boosting confidence. π Each exercise is carefully selected for its effectiveness and suitability for all fitness levels, making This workout is suitable for beginners, seniors, with no strain on the back, neck, or knees. This video will guide you through each 60-sec exercise with visual instructions, and demonstrations, ensuring proper form to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. From ab crunches, to ‘controlled sits,’ or hip circles, these movements target the key core muscles to build strength, stability, and endurance. πͺ Feel free to start out doing the exercise for 30 sec, then 45 sec, then build up to 60 sec ⏱️ Since this workout is only 10 mins,⚡️ you can opt to repeat the workout again, once you feel stronger and more comfortable.
